Why Is Our Football Team So TERRIBLE???
Being an active member of The Mighty Sound Of The South, I am forced (through my love of music of course) to sit through all of our football team's embarrassing ass whuppings. I mean c'mon.... What is it they're doing wrong out there??? Perhaps the better question would be: What are the other teams doing right??

I was in band in high school, but i did not take it on at Memphis, but i know exactly how you feel. My high school team was terrible, i think they won like a total of two games.

I brought my boys out to see the tiger statues Friday afternoon and we watched you guys practicing, good job by the way. I was at every Highland 100 meeting from 99-08 and have heard many coaches and players speak. I think the team lacks internal leadership. When Dante Williams was here we were winning. I don't think that was just because he was a great player because you cant have just one, this isn't basketball. Dante has a dynamic personality and I think led a very cohesive team. I don't think Memphis has had that kind of binding since.
ReplyDeleteMaybe because we have a bad recruitning falculty. If we had good recruiters to give players what they want't, maybe we will put together a better team.
